Beekman tower is a school and an apartament skyscraper.It's in USA, New York.It is 265m tall add it cost 660milion dolars.It was desinged by Frank Gehry.It is made of metal and concrate. It was open in 2011. It's very interesting.

Interesting buildings in Krakow

These are the bulidings you must see in Krakow when you visit our town.

I want to write about interesting building called The Manggha Museum of Japanese Art and Technology. It's located in city Cracow. It was designed by Paul Krzysztof Ingarden and a Japanese architect Arata Izosaki. In this museum there is a collection of objects from Japan that belonged to  Felkis Jasieński. You can visit this musem from Tuesday to Sunday and it cost from 15zł to 100ł (with a guide). You should visit it, because it got very interesting things to watch.

For me and interesting building is the Wawel Castle. This Castle is located in Poland in Cracow.
The first discovered documents says that the city of Cracow existed in 965 year  when the Arabian's chapman  drove via Cracow (an important trade rout). In 1257 Cracow was a castle-town. King Krak built the Castle and he built the city, too. The Wawel Castle has got: Sandomierska Tower, Dragons Den, Grown Treasury and Armoury and more.
You can visit Wawel from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. every day.  It costs: 18 PLN for the adults and 11 PLN for a child (reduced ticket).

The real name of this strange building is St Mary`s church. The church is located in the Market Squere in Cracow. It was build in XIV and XV century. It`s got : two towers and many chapels. (This church dates from thy Middle Ages). You can visit Vit Stwosz altar. This church is very beautiful and it costs many millions of dollars. Estrance is free.

Alicja- techer. I've got a bear, and old, dusty plush bear with only one ear. His name is Bartek.  I got it when I was very small. Now he lives on my wardrobe.

About strange buildings

 Today we are  having a lesson about weird buildings. For example guest house in Vietnam called "Crazy house" made by Ms.Nga. Another buildings are basket office in USA, a stone house in Portugal moutains and a library in Kansas. I think these buildings look very crazy and unusual. Write your opinion in comments. November 3^rd is the anniversary of John Montagu's birthday, an 18th-century English noble better known as the Fourth Earl of Sandwich. As the story goes, Montagu was a gambler and card player who didn't want to leave the game table to eat his meals. So, he told his servants to prepare his lunch meat between two pieces of bread.   National Sandwich Day is celebrated in America on 3rd November
